## Procare — Enrollment & Billing CDLC uses **Procare** as our online database, billing, and communication system. Families are encouraged to download the Procare app for easy access, though the billing features work best in the Chrome browser. ### How to Enroll — 4 Steps **1. Connect** Contact Kim at kswanson@popmn.org to schedule a tour. Tours are customized to your family and last approximately 20–30 minutes. **2. Enroll** Complete online enrollment through Procare. Kim will provide information on current openings and class placement. **3. Pay the Registration Fee** A **$75 non-refundable registration fee** ($100 maximum per family) is due within 48 hours to secure your child's spot. You will receive a confirmation email after payment. **4. Prepare for the First Day** Additional required forms will be sent through Procare before your child's first day.
